工程預(yù)算超了，原來是購置電纜橋架時(shí)沒做方案，來我廠少花20%

工程中有一項(xiàng)很重要的工作，那就是工程預(yù)算，一般來說大的項(xiàng)目，比如電纜電線、燈飾、水管等肯定會(huì)做詳細(xì)的預(yù)算的，但像電纜橋架等配屬器件容易被遺忘，同時(shí)像電纜橋架平時(shí)用得不多，一個(gè)樓盤也只有最后結(jié)頂時(shí)才使用，因此很有可能漏做預(yù)算，或者預(yù)算做高了，主要是以下幾個(gè)工作沒有做到位。

對(duì)電纜橋架不了解。因?yàn)槠綍r(shí)接觸不到，也很少看到電纜橋架的廣告，因此去采購時(shí)不知道如何采購，有那些指標(biāo)、市場(chǎng)價(jià)格如何，質(zhì)量好壞如何辨別等等。

對(duì)采購渠道不了解。很多產(chǎn)品，比如電纜電線、燈飾等都是從當(dāng)?shù)卮砟睦镔徺I，但電纜橋架不一樣，一般都是廠家直銷，如果從代理哪里購買價(jià)格計(jì)劃以貴很多。

對(duì)電纜橋架參數(shù)不了解。采購橋架前，要掌握電纜橋架的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、厚度、防腐處理，同時(shí)還要掌握甲方對(duì)電纜橋架的要求，不能評(píng)自己想象直接訂貨，要確保質(zhì)量和價(jià)格。

Two, do not understand the procurement channels. Many products, such as cables, wires, lighting and so on, are purchased from local agents, but cable bridges are not the same. They are generally sold directly by manufacturers. If you buy from agents, the price plan is much more expensive.

Three, do not understand the parameters of cable bridge. Before purchasing the bridge, we should master the specifications, models, thickness and anti-corrosion treatment of the cable bridge. At the same time, we should also master the requirements of Party A for the cable bridge. We should not evaluate our imagination and order directly, but ensure the quality and price.
