橫檔與橫檔之間的距離一般為不應(yīng)大于300mm,距離再寬的話,就無法滿足橋架的安全載荷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,參照2013橋架標(biāo)準(zhǔn),一節(jié)2米的梯式橋架如果高度為100mm,則其每米載荷的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求為1000N,如果為高度為200mm,則其每米的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求載荷為3100N。
橋架橫檔的厚度應(yīng)該與橋架側(cè)邊的厚度為同一等級,例如橋架側(cè)邊板材的厚度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為1.5mm,則橋架橫檔板材的厚度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也應(yīng)該為1.5mm,當(dāng)然也可以選擇2.0mm厚一等級,電纜橋架制造廠家從成本方面考慮,很少會用厚一等級的橫檔。
