云南防火橋架適用于 10KV 以下的電力電纜,并可用于控制室內(nèi)架空電纜、照明配線等的敷設(shè);防火板橋架主要由粘合劑復(fù)合的耐火隔板、與金屬結(jié)合的耐火底板及其它耐火基材組成,在其上加裝耐火涂料。云南昆明防火橋架在遇火后不能燃燒,阻隔了火災(zāi)的蔓延。防火橋具有極好的防火阻燃效果,耐火、耐油、耐腐蝕、無(wú)毒、無(wú)污染、整體安裝方便等特點(diǎn)。防火涂料有涂層薄、耐火極限高、粘接力強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。
云南鍍鋅橋架,一般情況下應(yīng)用在潮濕、腐蝕性強(qiáng)環(huán)境下。根據(jù)工地需求分為熱鍍鋅和電鍍鋅。
熱鍍鋅云南橋架工藝:把鋼或鑄件浸入熔化的鋅溶液中,在其表面上形成鋅-鐵合金或鋅-鋅合金及鋅-鐵合金涂層的工藝和方法。
冷鍍鋅云南電纜橋架工藝:對(duì)鋼進(jìn)行化學(xué)清洗后,將其放入含氧化鋅的鍍液中。DC 一極接鋼,一極接鍍鋅板。通電后,鋅在分子狀態(tài)下被鋼材表面置換。若加亮劑鈍化,則表現(xiàn)為彩云狀亮鍍層。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用的鍍鋅一般防銹效果不太好,主要鍍鋅量達(dá)不到,鍍鋅不均勻,一般 2、3 年生銹,質(zhì)量差的暴露在潮濕環(huán)境下十幾天生銹,熱鍍鋅層厚,耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)。冷鍍鋅層比熱鍍鋅層亮,但薄,耐腐蝕性弱。

Hot-dip galvanizing Yunnan bridge process: the process and method for dipping steel or casting into molten zinc solution and forming zinc-iron alloy or zinc-zinc alloy and zinc-iron alloy coating on its surface.
Cold galvanized Yunnan cable bridge process: after chemical cleaning of steel, put it into the plating solution containing zinc oxide. DC one pole is connected with steel, one pole is connected with galvanized sheet. After electricity is applied, the zinc is replaced by the steel surface in its molecular state. If the brightening agent is passivated, it shows a bright cloud coating. Steel structure application of galvanized anticorrosion effect is not very good, the main amount of galvanized is not up to, galvanized uneven, generally 2, 3 years of rust, poor quality exposure to rust in a humid environment for more than ten days, hot dip galvanized layer thick, strong corrosion resistance. Cold galvanized layer is brighter than hot galvanized layer, but thin, weak corrosion resistance.
