昆明建材行業(yè)有能力抵御房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控帶來的影響

昆明電纜橋架廠家認為，目前房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控對昆明建材影響很少，十月份，電纜電線、門窗等相關建材都沒有明顯的減少，還有部分建材比如昆明橋架銷量不斷攀升，因此對于昆明市場來，房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控地市場影響十分有限。

中國昆明橋架廠廠長表示，目前，云南不少建材企業(yè)均在國外進行了投資布局，可以很大程度上產(chǎn)能擴張、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)升級等辦法對房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控進行規(guī)避，因此云南建材龍頭企業(yè)受影響程度較小。

云南消費引擎的強勁發(fā)力，也讓云南家建材發(fā)展增加底氣。目前云南建材市場發(fā)展良好，基建升級帶動了行業(yè)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展，電纜橋架產(chǎn)品的出口額在總銷售比例低于三成，云南建材已經(jīng)形成以內(nèi)銷為主、外銷為輔的格局，有能力抵御房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控的沖擊。

Yunnan building materials have formed a pattern of mainly domestic sales, supplemented by export sales, and have the ability to withstand the impact of real estate regulation.
