電纜橋架安裝須知
  (1) 電纜橋架由室外進(jìn)入建筑物內(nèi)時(shí), 橋架向外的坡度不得小于1%。
（2) 電纜橋架與用電設(shè)備交越時(shí), 其間的凈距不小于0.5 m。
（3) 兩組電纜橋架在同一高度平行敷設(shè)時(shí), 其間凈距不小于0.6 m。
  (4) 在平行圖上繪出橋架的路由, 要注明橋架起點(diǎn)、終點(diǎn)、拐彎點(diǎn)、分支點(diǎn)及升降點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)或定位尺寸、標(biāo)高, 如能繪制橋架敷設(shè)軸側(cè)圖, 則對(duì)材料統(tǒng)計(jì)將更精確。
  (5) 電纜橋架宜高出地面2.2 m以上, 橋架頂部距頂棚或其他障礙物不應(yīng)小于0.3 m, 橋架寬度不宜小于0.1 m, 橋架內(nèi)橫斷面的填充率不應(yīng)超過50%。
  (6) 電纜橋架內(nèi)纜線垂直敷設(shè)時(shí), 在纜線的上端和每間隔1.5 m處應(yīng)固定在橋架的支架上, 水平敷設(shè)時(shí), 在纜線的首尾端、轉(zhuǎn)彎及每間隔3~5 m處進(jìn)行固定。
  (7) 在吊頂內(nèi)設(shè)置時(shí), 槽蓋開啟面應(yīng)保持80 mm的垂直凈空, 線槽截面利用率不應(yīng)超過50%。
Installation instructions of cable tray

(1) when the cable bridge frame enters the building from outside, the slope outward from the bridge frame shall not be less than 1%.

(2) the net distance between the cable bridge frame and the electrical equipment shall not be less than 0.5m.

(3) when two sets of cable Bridges are laid in parallel at the same height, the net distance between them shall not be less than 0.6m.

(4) on the parallel figure draw bridge routing, to indicate the bridge starting point and end point, the turning point, or positioning of the coordinates of the branch points and lifting point size, elevation, such as can map bridge laying shaft side, then on the material statistics will be more accurate. (5) the cable bridge frame should be more than 2.2m above the ground, the top of the bridge frame should not be less than 0.3m from the ceiling or other obstacles, the width of the bridge frame should not be less than 0.1m, and the filling rate of cross-section in the bridge frame should not be more than 50%. (6) cable tray cable inside the vertical run, at the top of the cable and intervals of 1.5 m should be fixed on the bridge of the stent, run level, the first end of the cable, and turn every 3 ~ 5 m for a fixed interval. [...].

(7) when installed in the ceiling, the opening surface of the groove cover shall be maintained at a vertical clearance of 80mm, and the utilization rate of line groove section shall not exceed 50%. [...].
