不同場(chǎng)合防火封堵方法
(1) 電 線 電 纜 穿 墻 孔 洞。一 般 電 線 電 纜 貫 穿 隔墻、樓層的孔洞處，均實(shí)施防火封堵;使用耐火、防火電纜的其它重要回路，如消防、報(bào)警、應(yīng)急照明、計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控等也應(yīng)實(shí)施防火封堵。具體做法是將需實(shí)施防火封堵的部位清理干凈，整理電纜，清除表面油污、灰塵;將有機(jī)堵料揉勻后，用合適的工具將其鋪于需封堵的縫隙中。封堵較大的孔洞時(shí)，應(yīng)與無(wú)機(jī)防火堵料配合使用，電纜兩側(cè)各 1 m 處涂刷防火涂料。
(2)電線電纜穿樓層孔洞 。穿越樓層的電纜孔洞若較小，可直接用有機(jī)堵料封堵，如果穿孔面積較大時(shí)應(yīng)作配筋處理或采用與分隔體相同耐火極限的防火板在底部襯托，其結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度不得低于分隔體。由下而上實(shí)施防火封堵的方法是將電纜四周用有機(jī)堵料包裹電纜，四周用防火包填實(shí)嚴(yán)密，底部用防火隔板托住防火包，并用膨脹螺栓固定;若是小孔洞，則直接用有機(jī)堵料嵌于需封堵的縫隙中，電纜兩側(cè)各 1 m 處涂刷防火涂料。
(3) 電纜豎井。一般豎井若電纜排列整齊，可采用防火隔板、有機(jī)、無(wú)機(jī)防火堵料、防火包進(jìn)行封堵，電纜穿越部位應(yīng)保證封堵厚度和強(qiáng)度。
(4)電纜貫穿孔。電纜貫穿孔的防火封堵應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按相關(guān)要求，用灰沙或混凝土填充穿孔，其余部分孔隙應(yīng)用軟性受熱膨脹型的防火堵料嚴(yán)密封堵。
(5)電纜橋架。電纜橋架(線糟) 的貫穿孔口應(yīng)采用無(wú)機(jī)堵料防火灰泥，或阻火包、防火板或有機(jī)堵料如防火發(fā)泡磚并輔以有機(jī)堵料如防火密封膠或防火泥等封堵。當(dāng)貫穿鋼筋混凝土墻體或輕質(zhì)防火分隔墻體時(shí)，應(yīng)注意采用不同的堵料材料。具體實(shí)施時(shí)應(yīng)拆除橋架蓋板，將防火堵料塞至電 纜，并不得有任何縫隙。軟性防火堵料兩面應(yīng)分別用大于其面積的防火板翻蓋，防火板與分隔體之間應(yīng)用高強(qiáng)度螺絲釘緊固連接。用阻火包進(jìn)行封堵時(shí)，施工前應(yīng)整理電纜，檢查阻火包有無(wú)破損，施工時(shí)，在電纜周圍宜裹一層有機(jī)防火料。
